If you think a different combination is needed, please contact the Harold B. Lee Library Catalog Department. If you are cataloging in a library other than LDSBC (LDS Business College), do NOT use this chart. Use the chart appropriate to your library. [Holdings codes are for acquisitions use].

**Note on RESERVE location and RESERVE-BK and RESRV-MISC item types. These combinations are only to be used for items put on “permanent” reserve, i.e., items brought from outside the library. Items from the library’s own collection should be put on reserve using the reserve desk function. Their location and item type should not be changed, but should reflect their permanent (non-reserve) location and item type.
